Organizational change is often stressful, as employees take on new roles, navigate new relationships, and face uncertainty. Mindfulness promotes the inner stability, empathy, and creativity needed in a healthy organization. These practices are easy to begin, can be modified to match individual preferences, and bring significant benefits in terms of mental, physical, and relational health. This workshop introduces mindfulness practices, reviews research on their effectiveness, and applies mindfulness concepts to leadership at all levels.
