Leadership development of mid-level leaders strengthens the individual and the organization. In this workshop we will discuss how embracing the opportunities for leadership development at middle levels of an organization allows individuals the time to gain the skills needed to perform well at higher levels, providing greater opportunity for leadership success and organizational health. Additionally, leadership development provides individuals with the skills needed to impact their organizations. Understanding the importance of the mid-level leadership role will prepare individuals for future advancement, but, more importantly, supports leadership development in current positions of influence.
